🌿 Day 3 — Tired, Tender, and Tuning In

Updated: 22 hours ago

Some days, the real work is doing less... and feeling more.

Assorted detox items on a speckled tray: beet, apple, garlic, Detox Tea, ointments, and Cayenne extract against a neutral background.

Today wasn’t about progress in the traditional sense. It was about slowing down.About noticing what my body was asking for — and giving it permission to rest.I didn’t force anything. I didn’t power through.I tuned in, honored the tenderness, and let stillness do the work.

This journey is as much about undoing as it is about doing. And today, that meant pulling back… and trusting that healing doesn’t always look loud or fast. Sometimes it’s quiet. Gentle. Internal. And that’s more than enough.

Black and orange sauna tent with a chair inside, set in a bathroom with a white door and arched window. Towel rack and cables nearby.
Steam Tent

💡 Gina’s Tip:I didn’t think the steam tent would make much of a difference — but wow, was I wrong. It’s become part of my daily rhythm. It softens everything — tension, emotions, even detox reactions. I walk out feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded.

Bonus: You don’t need anything fancy. Many big-box stores carry them — we got ours from Best Buy, and it’s a basic Sharper Image model.I’ve seen prices range from $100–$175 — totally worth it for how much it’s helped me.

Sometimes the simplest tools end up being the most powerful. 🌿
